Resetting Your Password Upon First Login
Welcome to the new site! To ensure the security of your account and provide a seamless transition to our updated platform, we require all users to reset their password upon their first login. Below, we explain why this step is necessary and provide simple instructions to help you access your account and the MACCS software.
Why Do I Need to Reset My Password?

Instructions for Accessing MACCS Software
For Returning Users:
If you've used MACCS in the past or are new to the site, follow these steps to access your account and the software:
- Reset Your Password:
- Click "Login" on the homepage.
- Then, click the "Forgot Password" link.
- Enter the institutional email address you previously used on the NIRP site.
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password.
- Log In: Use your updated password to log in to the site.
- Access MACCS: Once logged in, navigate to the MACCS software page to download the software.
- Your previous access to software downloads should allow you to access the same software you had on the old website. If you encounter any issues, please contact support for assistance.
For New Users:
- Create an Account:
- If you don't already have an account, follow the instructions on the site to create one.
- You'll need to provide your institutional email and other required information during registration.
- Request Access:
- Request access to the software products you are interested in receiving.
- Submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which will be sent to you by our support staff.
- Follow the instructions provided by the support staff to complete and submit your NDA.
- Wait for Approval:
- After submitting your NDA, you'll need to wait for a notification from the support staff confirming that your software request and access have been approved.
- Log In: Use your credentials to log in to the site.
- Access MACCS: Navigate to the MACCS software product page to download the software.
