IMUG/MACCS Workshop: Summer of 2020
The International MACCS User Group (IMUG) meeting is held annually as a forum for the exchange of information and research experience among users of the MACCS code and other nuclear power accident consequence codes. The IMUG meeting is also held with a MACCS User Workshop in the same location. The MACCS User Workshop is training course for the MACCS computer code where you will gain hands-on modeling experience.
Registration for IMUG is free. There is a fee to register for the MACCS Workshop, however this only applies to members of private industry, private organizations, and consultants. The MACCS Workshop is free for CSARP members, employees of the US government and their contractors, and university staff and students.
As done in past years, we coordinate IMUG and the MACCS User Workshop with three other meetings, the Cooperative Severe Accident Research Program (CSARP) technical review meeting, the MELCOR Code Assessment Program (MCAP) meeting, and the MELCOR User Workshop. Dates and locations for the 2020 meetings will be announced in early 2020.
